QualCommerce.com is owned and operated by the company 'QualCommerce Inc.', an Ontario, Canada based e-commerce company dedicated to enhancing the online shopping experience. This policy regulates how QualCommerce collects, uses, and shares Personal Information, whether through oral, electronic, or written means. Personal Information

To secure your account, you will need to either create a password if you choose to sign up with your email or simply sign in with your google account using Gmail. To further secure your account, you can enable multi-factor authentication which will require you to verify a pass code which will be sent to your phone for a successful login. We do not have access to any passwords as they are encrypted. Alternately, to make a purchase, you are not required to sign in. You will simply need to verify a one-time passcode that will be sent to your email.

To ensure that the site meets its obligations and provides a useful service, a minimal amount of personal information is collected and stored such as email addresses and shipping information. Information is not shared with third parties and not sold or shared for monetary and advertising purposes.

Payments

QualCommerce utilizes the 'Stripe' payments processing platform. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Banking information is stored on the Stripe Servers which utilize the NIST Cybersecurity Framework which secures the critical infrastructure of governments such as the United States.

Cookies

If a user decides not to sign in, and instead chooses to use a one-time passcode to authenticate and make a purchase, an encrypted email cookie is used to identify the user. At any point in time, by clearing the users shipping information, the encrypted email cookie will be deleted from the browser and all shipping information will be deleted from the QualCommerce servers. The encrypted email cookie has a lifetime of 30 days, after which the user must authenticate again using a new one-time passcode.
