A. Scope of Services

a.1 Our e-commerce platform facilitates transactions between buyers ("Purchasers") and third-party sellers ("Sellers") of physical goods.

B. Eligibility of Platform Usage

b.1 Users under the age of 18 may only use the services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

C. Shipping

c.1 This Shipping Policy outlines the general shipping practices for purchases made through our platform. However, please note that each Seller on our platform operates independently and may have their own specific shipping policies. We strongly encourage Purchasers to review the individual Seller's shipping policy before making a purchase, as it is the Seller's policy that ultimately governs the shipping of your order. Seller shipping policies can typically be found within the Seller's storefront, within the "About," section.

c.2 Sellers are responsible for processing orders. Processing time refers to the time it takes the Seller to prepare the order for shipment. This typically includes verifying the order, packaging the items, and preparing the shipping labels. Processing times can vary depending on the Seller, the product, and order volume.

c.3 In General, QualCommerce offers standard shipping and the associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

c.4 Shipping costs are determined by the Seller and may vary based on factors such as the product's weight and dimensions, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Typically the shipping costs will also be displayed under the About section within the storefront.

c.5 Currently, QualCommerce only offers shipping to destinations in Ontario, Canada.

c.6 Delivery is generally expected within 3 to 7 business days, though this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, things such as weather-related delays.

c.7 Some stores have free shipping thresholds. When your order total reaches the specified amount, your shipping costs will be waived. You can usually find the free shipping threshold in the "About" section within the storefront.

D. Refunds

d.1 Refund eligibility varies by Seller and is determined by each individual store's policy. Therefore, there is no single, site-wide refund policy.

d.2 Each Seller's specific refund policy can typically be found in the "About" section of their storefront. We encourage Purchasers to review the Seller's refund policy *before* making a purchase.

d.3 To request a refund, Purchasers should follow these steps: Navigate to your purchase history, found through a "Purchases" link in the account navigation. Locate the order and product for which you wish to request a refund and click the designated "Refund" button. Complete the refund request form by providing the following information: (i.) a refund code which will be sent to your email for security purposes. (ii.) a reason for the refund from the list of dropdown options given. 3. a clear and concise explanation as to why you are requesting a refund within the details form input.

d.4 On occasion QualCommerce may require more evidence to satisfy the refund request and you may be contacted through email for a request to provide more evidence, such as images of the product, if it is defective.

E. Changes to Terms

e.1 In conformity with this provision, we have the right to alter the Terms of Service at any point in time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the QualCommerce platform and update the “Updated On” date at the top of these Terms.

F. Liability

f.1 Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you, Seller or Purchaser, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the QualCommerce platform. Your use of the platform, whether in the offering of physical goods or the purchasing of goods, is solely at your own risk.
